Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PrintParx B2B vendor fulfillment network. By registering as a vendor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Vendor Registration and Eligibility

To join the PrintParx network, your printing facility must meet our minimum operational and quality standards. You represent that all business information provided during registration (including tax details and production capacity) is accurate and legally binding.

2. Order Fulfillment & Quality Assurance

As a registered vendor, you agree to fulfill orders routed to your facility within the specified turnaround times. PrintParx maintains strict quality control guidelines. Consistent failure to meet these quality standards or SLA timelines may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the network.

3. Financial Settlements

PrintParx operates on an automated monthly settlement cycle. Payments for all successfully fulfilled and non-rejected orders within a calendar month will be remitted to your registered bank account on the predetermined settlement date.

Any disputes regarding order rejection or invoice discrepancies must be raised via the vendor portal within 72 hours of the order's completion date.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

You acknowledge that all print designs, client data, and proprietary software interfaces provided by PrintParx are strictly confidential. You may not use client designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the specific PrintParx order.
